After two attempts, anyone not able to complete a transaction using a debit/credit card interface at a retail store shall have their debit card privileges suspended for two weeks. The transaction will immediately be canceled and the offender must take his or her place at the end of the Non-Express Line, where the offender must pay with either cash or check.

During the two week suspension, the offending party shall undergo no less than ten hours of education in human interface devices. A second violation will result in permanent revocation of debit card privileges.

Further, debit card terminals shall be for citizens under the age of 60, only. Any senior found attempting to use such a terminal shall be removed and placed in the nearest Senior Holding Facility until a Family Approved Keeper is sent to retreive the violator.
